KATHMANDU, Feb 9: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called a meeting of the high-level political mechanism.
The meeting will be held at his official residence in Baluwatar at 5 pm, said the Prime Minister's Secretariat.

This meeting has been called in the backdrop of the failure of the government to present ordinances for decision in the parliament amid lack of majority in the National Assembly.
The government earlier introduced various six ordinances. It is said that issues including the ordinance will be discussed in the meeting.
The mechanism includes leaders including PM Oli and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, among others.
