KATHMANDU, Feb 1: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has held a meeting with CPN-UML Chairman K P Oli on Wednesday morning as troubles have begun surfacing in the ruling alliance.
Sources said the meeting held at the prime minister’s official residence in Baluwatar dwelt on contemporary political issues.
RPP to stay neutral in Koshi province: Chairman Lingden
There has been a dispute between the ruling parties regarding whether to give the Ministry of Home Affairs to the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). Even though Maoist Chairman Dahal, who is also the Prime Minister, wants to keep the Home Ministry with himself, the RSP has warned that it will quit the government if it does not get the Home Ministry.
On Wednesday morning, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Rajendra Lingden also held a meeting with Prime Minister Dahal.
