NT makes few changes in telephone tariff rates

KATHMANDU, Sept. 13: Nepal Telecom (NT), the largest telephone service provider company in the country, has made some changes in telephone tariffs effective from September 17.



According to the NT, each phone call from one zone to next one in normal telephone service (PSTN, CDMA, and Fixed V-Sat) would cost one rupee except taxes round the clock. [break]



Similarly, the rate of each phone call would cost one rupee in the company´s phone services. The NT said that a call will have duration of two minutes.



Likewise, the rate of local call has been made equal around the clock. Earlier, the rate was different based on business hour, normal hour and off hour.
