KATHMANDU, Dec 2: Karnali Yaks have chosen to field first against Pokhara Avengers in the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).
On Tuesday, Karnali captain Sompal Kami won the toss at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur and invited Pokhara to bat.

Pokhara have won only one out of their four matches. A win today would make their path to the playoffs easier. For Karnali, however, this match is a must-win.
Since the tournament began on November 17, a total of 20 matches have been completed. Unbeaten Sudurpaschim Royals have become the first team to reach the playoffs with 10 points.
