KATHMANDU, April 15: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has reduced the prices of petrol, diesel and kerosene each by Rs 3 per liter, effective from Wednesday midnight.
According to the NOC officials, the state-owned oil monopoly decided to reduce the petroleum prices in the line of new revised rates sent by Indian Oil Corporation, the sole supplier of petroleum products to Nepal.

At the new prices, petrol now costs Rs 160 per liter in the Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara and Dipayal. Likewise, diesel and kerosene cost Rs 146 per liter in these locations.
