At a news conference organised by the Press Chautari Nepal, Chitwan chapter in Bharatpur, he said the UCPN-Maoist should be more responsible for the formation of a national consensus government.
Stating that maximum efforts should be made for the formation of a national consensus government, Bista said a prime minister should be selected on the recommendation of the majority of political parties represented in the dissolved CA if consensus was not forged for the same.
Responding to a query, Bista, also a former Minister for Energy, said that the government is not serious to resolve the problem of power outage though there are many ways to resolve it.
