KATHMANDU, Dec 16: All billing counters of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) have been closed from today till December 20.
The NEA has stated that all the revenue collection counters have been closed due to the need to update the billing system.

According to a notice issued by NEA, it has decided to close the revenue collection counters as the new electricity tariff has been fixed for the consumption of consumers by the authority and the revised tariff rate has to be updated simultaneously in the M-Power billing system of the NEA.
