The skies are expected to remain generally cloudy nationwide this afternoon. Moderate rainfall is likely in many hilly areas, including Lumbini Province, and at some locations in the Terai. Heavy rain is forecast in parts of Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali provinces, with very heavy rain possible in isolated areas of Gandaki and Lumbini provinces.
Cloudy conditions are likely to persist tonight. Moderate rain is likely in many places across Koshi, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, with heavy rain at a few spots in Gandaki and Lumbini. Very heavy rain may occur in isolated areas of Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim.
