ARGHAKHANCHI, March 31: This is the seventh time he is appearing in the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) exams. He is hopeful that this time he would pass, and get promoted at his job. Dol Bahadur Basnet, 49, who has been working as an assistant at the Area Health Post, Rasichaur Argha, has held the same post for the last 30 years.
However, he has failed in the exams six times, hindering his chance at getting promoted. His only ambition in life is to pass the SLC exams and get promoted.
