Taking over a domestic dispute, Kasmina Khatoon, 35, attacked her father-in-law Salim Miyan,50, with a sharp weapon and seriously injured him. They are residents of Samjhota VDC-6 in the district.
Miyan, who has sustained injuries all over the body, is undergoing treatment at the Narayani Sub-regional Hospital. His condition is reported to be critical.
Police have taken Khatoon under control and begun an investigation into the incident, according to DSP of Parsa, Sanjeev Sharma.
