MORANG, Sept 26: A youth was attacked with a Khukuri by a man outside the High Court of Biratnagar on Sunday afternoon. According to police, Kamal Singh Rana was attacked at around 12PM outside the court.
Rana who was injured in the attack is currently undergoing treatment at Biratnagar Hospital. Police have arrested Bimal Karki for his involvement in the attack.
