BHAKTAPUR, March 7: Shyam Gubhaju, who attacked his wife with acid, has been arrested. Gubhaju, 65, of Dadhikot Chitrapur in Suryabinayak Municipality-4 of Bhaktapur attacked his wife with acid and also physically assaulted her.

According to the Metropolitan Police Circle, Bhaktapur, Gubhaju attacked his wife with a chemical and injured her. After receiving information about the acid attack, the police team took the injured to Kirtipur Hospital, said Raju Pandey, information officer for the Metropolitan Police Circle.
