KATHMANDU, Nov 19: Speaker of Madhesh Province Assembly Ram Chandra Mandal has been ousted from his position after more than two-third members of assembly voted to impeach him.

In the impeachment motion against Mandal presented at the provincial assembly meeting on Wednesday, 76 votes were cast for the proposal. The number is more than two-third of the total seats of the provincial assembly.
