Nepal have announced their playing 11 for the Group match, with Rohit Kumar Paudel leading the side and Dipendra Singh Airee serving as vice-captain. The team includes Kushal Bhurtel, Aasif Sheikh, Arif Sheikh, Lokesh Bam, Gulshan Jha, Karan KC, Sher Malla, Nandan Yadav and Sandeep Lamichhane.
Lokesh Bam, Arif Sheikh, Sher Malla and Nandan Yadav are making their ICC T20 World Cup debuts. For Sher Malla, the match also marks his first appearance in official international cricket.
