KANCHANPUR, Sept 25: Two people have died due to lightning in Kanchanpur.
According to Kanchanpur District Police Office Deputy Superintendent of Police Umesh Joshi, Yam Bahadur Sunar, 34, of Dodhara Chandani Municipality-6 and Hiramati Rana, 28, of Laljhadi Rural Municipality-1, died after being struck by lightning.

Similarly, Jagdish Sunar, 37, of Dodhara Chandani-6, was injured in the lightning. The police said that he was injured when he was struck by lightning.
He is being treated at Primary Health Center, Dodhara Chandani.
