According to the company, the new cell phone from LG will strengthen the line-up of LG´s smartphones which can operate faster than any other smartphones available in the market and also help to increase market penetration. [break]LG Optimus L3 Dual is available for Rs 16,000.
"This new device will change the scenario of LG mobiles in Nepal and help those users who were using two cell phones," said Ramesh Shrestha, general manager at CG Electronics. "Currently, we are marketing ten models of smartphones. He further added that market for smartphones in the country was increasing at the rate of 10 percent annually and could go up to 15 percent next year.

LG Optimus L3 Dual features new set of keys right below the screen, which, the company claims, helps the touch screen work faster compared to other touch screen hand sets available in the market.
L3 Dual is based on Android 2.3 Ginger Bread operating system and packs a 800 MHz single core processor, 384MB RAM and 1GB storage of internal memory that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD cards.
According to Shrestha, LG L3 Dual comes with a 3.2- inch capacitive touchscreen display with 240 x 320 pixel resolution and has a 3-megapixel. He further added that this camera features video recording and can capture the memorable movement instantly.
Similarly, L3 Dual also features Google Earth, Google Maps and other mapping applications which makes navigation easier for users. Along with this it has a Stereo FM radio and 1,500mAh battery which has a long lifespan.
LG Optimus L3 will be available in black and white colors. According Shrestha, CG is planning to sell around 18,000 units within a year.
