KATHMANDU, Sept 24: Laxmi Bank Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to mark the bicentennial celebration of relationship between Nepal and the United Kingdom.

According to a statement issued on Wednesday, Sudesh Khaling, CEO of Laxmi Bank, and Andrew Smart of ACCA signed, the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions.
"The MoU has formalized sponsorship of one worthy Nepali candidate for ACCA course by Laxmi Bank Limited through Nepal Britain Chamber of Commerce and Industries," the statement said.
