People show their greatest interest to work in INGO sector. I remember one person saying, "I want to work in INGO, give some help to few people, click pictures and get lots of dollars. Simple job".

I know many people think the same way. Even society thinks the same way. The work of INGO is to sell pain and gain dollars.

INGO was supposed to work in the welfare of the people without motive to profits.

But not all INGO can be placed on the same bucket, there are also a very good example that needy people have stand-out with the help of different INGOs.

But yes the decision made by social welfare council will create transparency and accountability for INGO in Nepal.

There is corruption everywhere, corruption have been eating up the nation. In such scenario, nation should have adopt an appropriate steps to control and maintain the transparancy of operations in every fields.

There should be correct details of everything. In the most cases, there is money issued for needy people but in reality the money never reaches to the needy people or it will reach in deducted quantity.

We can see example of recent major earthquake. There has been a huge amount of donations through different INGOs and other organizations. But those amounts are not really reaching to affected people. To show the world that we are working, they have provided help at certain areas but still people at certain areas await for help and fund.

The funds are not properly being utilized on the welfare of people or INGOs are not being able to utilize funds completely for the welfare of the people.

I really appreciate the government's decision to brignt INGO's financial transaction under NRB. Atleast now there would be some some appropriate measures to know how effective INGOs are and how they have been changing the lives of Nepal.
