DHARAN, Feb 4: The agitation of the employees at the BP Koirala Health Science Academy have withdrawn their agitation following an agreement with the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) on Thursday.

With the agreement, Kiran Bhattarai, an employee at the BPKIHS, has also ended his 8-day long huger-strike today following the management’s commitment to fulfill the five-point demands put forth by the employees.
According to Bhupdhwoj Budhathoki, an employee, they took the decision after the management expressed its commitment on reducing electricity bill; advance payment of Rs. 12,000 and free health insurance among others issues.
