Home Minister accuses RSP Office of producing fake victims

Speaking at Friday’s parliament session, Lekhak claimed that complaints are being registered against him based on fake victims allegedly brought to the RSP’s office.

KATHMANDU, June 13: Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak has accused the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) of turning its party office into a center for creating fake and fraudulent victims.


Speaking at Friday’s parliament session, Lekhak claimed that complaints are being registered against him based on fake victims allegedly brought to the RSP’s office.

“People are being called to the party office, false claims are being written, and complaints are being filed against me. I am already aware of where these were drafted,” said Lekhak, “I urge you not to engage in such unethical and deceptive practices to fulfill political motives.”


He also warned of legal action against those involved in producing fake cases and victims. “Those preparing fraudulent cases and fake victims will be prosecuted. The party office is becoming a breeding ground for such activities,” he added, calling on RSP leaders to act responsibly.
