KATHMANDU, July 1: Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has said that he has taken the agreement regarding Lipulek seriously.

Talking to a delegation under the leadership of Vice-Chairperson of the Youth Association Nepal and Coordinator of Movement for Political, Organizational and Ideological Change, Dilu Panta, Prime Minister Koirala today said that he would discuss with Foreign Affairs Minister and diplomatic missions regarding the issue of the Lipulek agreement. The delegation was there to submit a memorandum to PM Koirala regarding the Lipulek agreement.

He said, “It is appropriate for the youth to raise voice against the injustices meted out to the nationality. I have also taken the agreement with seriousness."

On the occasion, Panta said that the government should take diplomatic initiatives to get the agreement corrected.
