Such atrocious act of terrorism in an abode of knowledge and learning is highly condemnable, said a press statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday.
The people and government of Nepal extend heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to the victims of this terrorist attack, their families as well as to the friendly people and Government of Pakistan. Nepal wishes for speedy recovery of the injured.
"Nepal condemns terrorism under any guise and in all its forms and manifestations. We strongly believe that such heinous acts cannot be justified on any ground.
