The ministry said the letter includes the information needed to upload the data to the portal. It clarified that the details are required for reconstruction and related work.

On September 21, the Cabinet formed a five-member committee to assess the damage to public property, physical infrastructure and private establishments during the protests, and to prepare a reconstruction plan.

To keep the data collection uniform and simple, the committee created an online portal and instructed the local units to enter details related to their offices and areas. The ministry has asked all units to upload any remaining or missing data through the portal.
