Gold, silver prices rise in Nepali market

The price of gold and silver increased on Thursday.

KATHMANDU, May 14: The price of gold and silver increased on Thursday.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), hallmarked gold is being traded at Rs 302,500 per tola in the domestic market today, marking an increase of Rs 300 per tola. On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 302,200 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices also rose on Thursday. Silver, which was traded at Rs 5,710 per tola on Wednesday, is being traded at Rs 5,745 per tola today, an increase of Rs 35 per tola, according to FENEGOSIDA.


In the international market, gold is being traded at USD 4,703 per ounce today.
