Gold, silver prices climb further, hit new high

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold rose by Rs 300 per tola to Rs 309,300—the highest level recorded so far.

KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Gold prices in the domestic market continued their upward trend on Tuesday, reaching a fresh all-time high.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), gold rose by Rs 300 per tola to Rs 309,300—the highest level recorded so far.


Silver prices also edged up on Tuesday, increasing by Rs 105 per tola to Rs 6,870 per tola, FENEGOSIDA said.
