Gold prices rise after three days, up by Rs 4,300 per tola

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the trading price of gold today has been fixed at Rs 304,700 per tola.

KATHMANDU, Feb 19: After declining continuously for three consecutive days, the price of gold increased on Thursday. Compared to the previous day, gold rose by Rs 4,300 per tola.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the trading price of gold today has been fixed at Rs 304,700 per tola.

On Wednesday, gold had decreased by Rs 1,500 per tola and was traded at Rs 300,400 per tola.


Similarly, the price of silver also increased on Thursday, reaching Rs 5,060 per tola. Silver rose by Rs 180 per tola compared to the previous day. On Wednesday, silver was priced at Rs 4,880 per tola.


In the international market today, gold is priced at USD 4,988.24 per ounce, while silver stands at USD 78.05 per ounce. On Wednesday, gold was priced at USD 4,932.79 per ounce and silver at USD 75.55 per ounce.
