Organizing a press meet in the capita on Friday, Bronwyn Russel, one of the organizers, informed that the Festival will feature two events: Suunto 20 km race and 12-km Himalayan Hash House Harrier (HHHH). The main purpose of the event to be held around Godavari area is to have fun.Sunnto 20 km is an individual event while HHHH is a team event. The team consists of four to six runners and the team needs to overcome various obstacles on the track, which includes a section of muddy trail.
Besides, the mid-distance running events, the festival will also feature basketball and futsal tournaments at the St Xavier's, Godavari. The other highlights of the festival are live music, food stalls among other.
The organizers are expecting participation of around 100 players in running. The entry fee of Suunto 20 km is Rs 500 and Rs 1000 has been fixed for HHHH.
