Fugitive Prasai claims PM ordered ‘shoot at sight’ directive

Prasai, who led a protest in the Tinkune area last Friday, denied fleeing and insisted he was staying safe in response to the alleged directive.

KATHMANDU, March 30:  Durga Prasai, the ‘Public Commander' of the 'Joint People's Movement Committee,' claimed that during a Facebook Live on Sunday that he is hiding because Prime Minister KP Oli has allegedly ordered security forces to shoot him at sight.
