Former PM Bhattarai leaving for India today

Former Prime Minister and Chairman of Naya Shakti Party (NSP) Baburam Bhattarai is leaving for India today.

KATHMANDU, April 26: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of Naya Shakti Party (NSP) Baburam Bhattarai is leaving for India today.


According to NSP Vice Chairperson Manushi Yami Bhattarai, Dr Bhattarai is scheduled to fly to India this afternoon.

Chairman Bhattarai is visiting India to attend the convention of the Progressive Nepali Society India as a guest.


The convention is being held in Faridabad, India, starting Sunday. Accompanying Chairman Bhattarai are NSP Vice Chairperson Manushi Yami Bhattarai and NSP Secretary Sandesh Karki.
