The powerhouse of Barun Hydro Power Project and Nigure Hydropower Project were damaged. The flood also damaged about 1,000 ropanis of farmland, depositing silt and debris.
Likewise, two houses at Chainpur Municipality and Dobhane-3 were swept away while other 9 houses were in a high risk of flood.
The river was blocked after a portion of the cliff of Kuluwa Gairibhir and Nagi Region fell in the river, said DSP Kamal Thapa.
