BANEPA, June 14:The District Police Office, Kavrepalanchowk on Wednesday nabbed a contractor for allegedly not completing the contractual construction works on time.
Police arrested Lal Prasad Chaulagain who sub-contracted the construction works from Proprietor of Agrim Construction Service, Nabin Chaulagain. Nabin has been accused of taking the responsibility and not fulfilling it whether that be the building construction of District Forest Office, or Area Forest Office at Chaubas.

He had signed a contract for the construction works in April 2016 with a deadline to complete the works in April 2017.
Police arrested Chaulagain from Kartike Deurali for interrogations for only completing 60 % of the works when the deadline has already expired, shared DSP at District Police Office, Mahendra Prasad Marasini.
"Chaulagain was arrested Wednesday for necessary grilling. It will be finalized today what type of action will be taken against him".
Chaulagain is the petty contractor of Agrim Construction Service.
