According to SSP Subodh Ghimire, Chari has only sustained bullet injury in his hand during the incident though he was attacked with motive to kill.[break]
Police said that it has been searching the assailants.
According to police, Chari was attacked while he was on his way to Kathmandu from Dhading. A group of people have also followed him on the way.
Police have suspect that Chari might have been attacked by a gang of Radha Bhandari of Dhading .
