Two are reported to be injured.
The vehicle (Lu 1 Cha 270) was en route to Butwal from Palpa, Palpa Police Chief DSP Suman Kumar Timsina said.The deceased have been identified as Ophthalmologist Professor Yasoda Kochar and her husband Professor Tarun Deep Singh Kochar of Lumbini Medical College, the police said.
Meanwhile, the injured are Dermatologist Jafim Mikrani and Prarit Devkota of the same college. They are receiving treatment at Lumbini Zonal Hospital, Butwal.
