The deceased has been identified as Kaushal Kumar Karna, 45, of Belgachhi-5 in Mahottari district, currently living in Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City, according to the Area Police Office, Mahendranagar.The accident took place when his cycle fell into a drain while he was on the way to buy vegetables from Janakpur. In-charge of the Area Police Office, Mahendranagar, Police Inspector Harihar Dhakal said that Karna might have died due to head injury after falling into the drain. RSS
