“Baburam (the prime minister) does not look to resign easily,” Gajurel said, addressing a program in Reporters Club Nepal in the capital, and pointed out the need to launch a rigorous agitation to force the PM to step down. [break]
Gajurel argued that the Constituent Assembly (CA) was dissolved so that PM Bhattarai could cling on to his post. He also accused the PM of being manipulated by foreign powers. “We all know from where (Baburam) Bhattarai is being controlled?”
Gajurel further said the Supreme Court´s ruling has not cleared way for brining a full-fledged budget. Stating that court has nothing to do with political matters, he warned of dire consequences if a comlete budget is forcibly brought.
He also said the new CA elections the government has announced for November 22 is not possible, at any cost.
