Onta has been accused of embezzlement in procuring logistics for his organization."Onta has been found of embezzling millions of rupees by creating fake bills on procurement of logistics for his organization," the statement added, "He had procured the logistics overlooking the prior agreement of procurement with Sadha Jyoti Suppliers."
CIAA said that it had carried out an investigation after receiving complaints over the issue.
Besides Onta, the CIAA has also accused APF DSPs Suman Jung Thapa and Ram Krishna Maharjan and APF Inspector Bin Bahadur Thapa over the involvement in the embezzlement.
