According to chairman of Lomanthang Rural Municipality, Tashinarbu Gurung, the Chinese ambassador Maoming reached there to study the condition of Korala border point.
The Chinese ambassador's visit to Mustang and Korala border point is taken meaningfully in light of the demand for easier trans-border trade, which is disrupted largely by the recent Bhotekoshi floods in Rasuwa.
Following the closure of Rasuwa and Tatopani border points, the Mustang Customs Office has been collecting Rs 300 million daily in revenue.
