KATHMANDU, Jan 21: The property settlement dispute between the movie producer Chhabi Ojha and actress Shilpa Pokharel has been resolved after a five-year-long legal conflict.
According to the agreement between the two parties, Ojha has given a house worth Rs 40 million to Shilpa. It is said that they reached this agreement before Dashain. In any case, the agreement between them has only been made public now.

Shilpa had taken legal action against Ojha, accusing him of domestic violence. She had filed cases against him regarding domestic violence and property division.
Speculation is that the house received by Shilpa is located in Gaurighat, Kathmandu. The two-and-a-half-story house, built on an area of about 5 annas, is said to be worth nearly Rs 40 million.
Chhabi secretly married Shilpa, who is 30 years younger to him, on June 13, 2016. Their wedding photo was made public only three years later.
