JHAPA, Dec 10: Nepli Congress youth leader Bishwo Prakash Sharma has congratulated firstly to his opponent winner candidate Surendra Kumar Karki for the House of Representatives.

Bishwo Prakash has defeated with more than 2232 votes.

Surendra Kumar Karki secured 32484 where Sharma obtained 30254 votes.
