Nagarkot, Jan 1: Chairman of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Narayanman Bijukchhe, has vented ire at the performance of KP Sharma Oli-led government, accusing it of failing to end the problem of fuel crisis in the country.

Taking part in an interaction organised by party's student wing Nepal Revolutionary Students Association, Surya Binayak Town Committee Friday, he accused the government of failing to find an alternative importer of petroleum products despite obstructions in its supply from the sole importer India.

We have frequently advised the government to make trade deals with Bangladesh and China on fuel import without any delay, but the government failed to do the same. He vented his ire at the government for not moving the International Court and United Nations against India's economic blockade. The petro vehicles should be replaced by electronic ones to reduce the consumption of fuel as the country reels under the severe fuel shortage created by India's obstructions on fuel supply into the country.
