At least 12 injured in road mishap

SAPTARI, Feb 3: Some 12 people were injured when a police escorted bus met with an accident at Sitapur in Saptari district along the east-west highway on Wednesday morning.

The bus, Na 2 Kha 3378, heading towards Kakadvitta from Kathmandu overturned after driver lost control following thick fog, according to the District Police Office, Saptari.

All the injured are receiving medical treatment at Theliya-based Dharmeshwor, according to the Area Police Office, Kanchanpur. RSS
