KATHMANDU, Feb 4: Apollo Hydropower has received approval to issue an initial public offering (IPO). The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) granted permission to the company to float its shares on Tuesday.
The company has been authorised to issue 1.41 million ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share, amounting to a total of Rs 141 million.

Himalayan Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
Apollo Hydropower is currently developing the Buku Khola Hydropower Project in Okhaldhunga district.
