In Kathmandu-3, 29% of voters think Ambika Basnet of the Nepali Congress is ahead in the race. When it comes to the other candidates, it is a tossup between Uddhav Bahadur Subedi of Naya Shakti (17%), Krishna Bahadur Rai of CPN-UML (16%), Sumitra Singh Lama of Bibeksheel-Sajha (15%), and Raj Kumar Bista of CPN-ML (12%). Eleven percent of voters are unsure who will win in their area.
