KATHMANDU, Oct 29: A helicopter accident occurred in Lobuche, Solukhumbu, on Wednesday morning. The pilot was rescued safely.
The Altitude Air helicopter slipped while attempting to land at the Lobuche helipad, which was covered with thick snow. There were no passengers on board at the time of the accident, only the pilot.
