According to police, 39-year-old Jha was arrested while he was taking Sita Pradhan, 10, of Tankisinawari-2 to India after abducting her.[break]
A member of kidney smugglers, Jha is also an agent of Binod Yadav of Lalitgram, India, and was trafficking Pradhan to India in the condition of getting Rs 40,000 in return.
