4-day workshop on child sexual exploitation concludes

KATHMANDU, March 18: French Embassy in Kathmandu has conducted trainings for Nepal police officers on Investigation techniques to combat child sexual exploitation.

The four-day training, which began at Nepal Police Academy in Maharajgunj on March 14, has concluded today.


"The training focused on different investigation techniques such as methods of interview (victim and offender), searches, dedicated forensic researches and cyber investigation, said French Embassy in a statement.

French envoy for Nepal Yves Carmona distributed certificates of participation to Nepal police officers who took part in the training.
