UDAYAPUR, July 18: A 35-year-old man from Gadme, Triyuga Municipality-6, identified as Jiwan Karki, was apprehended by the local authorities on Tuesday morning in connection with the alleged rape of a 55-year-old woman.
According to the victim's complaint, the incident took place while she was asleep in her own residence. After the complaint was filed, the police from Lalpatta Police Station took Karki into custody.
