According to police, the IED went off in the hose owned by Laddhu Yadav.
20-year-old Shrawan Yadav of Siraha Gauripur VDC-9, tenant of the house, has been critically injured.
Injured Yadav has been rushed to Dharan after preliminary treatment a t Janakpur Zonal Hospital, informed Arun Yadav, in-charge of Shyam Chowk Police Post.
Even though no one has claimed the responsibility of the explosion so far, Yadav himself is suspected to have been behind the incident.
Further investigation is underway.
