Sixty-three-year-old Ganga Maya Basnet, the second wife of Devi Bahadur, was burnt to death in the fire that started from a lamp fell while she was sleeping alone in her room shutting doors and windows, according to the police.
Police estimated the damage from the fire at Rs 300,000.
