OHIO, Jan 28: The Council of the County of Summit, State of Ohio in the US, has officially recognized the outstanding achievements of Dinesh Sunar, a renowned parkour athlete from Nepal. The recognition comes after Sunar's recent record-breaking feat, where he earned his 20th Guinness World Record.
On December 7, 2024, Sunar set the record for performing "The Most Blindfolded Backward Somersaults in 30 Seconds" at the Akron International Dance Festival. According to a press release issued by the council, this impressive achievement was witnessed by Summit County Council members Christine Higham and Jeff Wilhite.
Sunar's athletic prowess and excellence have made him a celebrated figure in the parkour community. With over two decades of experience, he holds the distinction of being Nepal's first international parkour player and has represented Nepal in the USA Parkour Cup 2018.
